For a cash purchase, buyers should budget roughly 4% of the property value on top of the sale price — covering stamp duty, a National Land Agency registration fee, and attorney fees (plus GCT). If you're financing with a mortgage, that figure typically rises to around 9–10% once commitment and mortgage registration charges are included. I'll walk you through the exact numbers for any property you're considering.
